Setup/move-in times: Friday, January 2nd, 3 PM to 7 PM and Saturday, January 4th, 7 AM to 9 AM.

Important: YOU MAY NOT SHARE YOUR BOOTH WITH ANOTHER BUSINESS YOU DO NOT OWN OR MANAGE! If you own or manage two businesses and wish to display marketing materials for each business, you must purchase a double booth.

Registration Priority: SWAE member applications are processed starting October 1st, followed by Wed'Ni members on November 1st, and all others on December 1st. Spots fill up fast!Join SWAE today for priority processing and year-round networking benefits.

Booth Size & Pricing *

Booth Information:

  • • Booths in the center of the hall are mainly SINGLE BOOTHS.
  • • DOUBLE BOOTHS will mainly be located along the walls.
  • • ALL booths will have POWER PROVIDED
  • • ALL booths will have 1 chair
  • • ALL booths will have 1 table
  • • ALL booths will have a tablecloth

Payment

If your application is approved and space is available, you will be emailed an invoice for the full amount of the booth size you have chosen. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

There are no refunds of the full payment unless the event is canceled. Refunds for the full payment minus $50 may be made only if the booth is re-sold.
